ProCoat's Powder Coating process provides a tough protective surface that can be custom tailored to meet the exacting demand of almost any metal coating application. Powder Coating far surpasses the capabilities of ordinary paint while still allowing the same colorful, creative freedom.
Powder Coating does it all! ProCoat's technology pushes the envelope in the protection you can expect from metal finishing. Powder Coating provides excellent corrosion resistance to salt sprays, and moisture. Specially formulated UV protectivepowders inhibit color fading while retaining their durability.
Rims must come to us dismounted with no tires. ProCoat Performance Coatings schedules rims in on Mondays with our typical turnaround time three to four days. Please call to schedule your appointment.
Most Chrome Plated Rims are not compatible to powder coating due to the extensive Pretreatment process
Any Highlighting, two tones or special request will be quoted per job
All metallic finishes require a clear top coat and is priced out as a two coat process.
Add 50% to base pricing if a clear coat/top coat is required.
Auto Rims
Base Coat - One Coat Pricing (most solid colors satin or gloss)
15" - 16" rims $65.00 per rim
17" - 18" rims $75.00 per rim
19" - 22" rims $85.00 per rim
24" - 25" rims $95.00 per rim
26" rims $105.00 per rim
Motorcycle Rims
Bearing surfaces, hub and rotor mounting surfaces are masked off.
$85.00 per rim Base coat - one coat pricing
~~ add 50% if a clear coat/top coat is required
Pricing does not include 7% sales tax.
There is additional cost for non-stock custom colors.
